"After having a reservation for 2 that turned into 5, they were able to accommodate us a bit later despite the place being fully booked. We had to wait but they were quite generous in pouring wine during our wait. The food was off the charts…all the seafood starters were fantastic and the sea bass main as well as lobster with homemade pasta were unreal. One of our group is vegan and they accommodated - no problem. The best part were the staff…just great people and our whole party had such a wonderful experience…best dinner in Puglia during our week visit. It was a bit pricey but worth it."

"Got a local referral to visit this town from our airbnb and found the restaurant on google reviews. This was a tough review to give because of a few factors. The local wine recommendation’s were fabulous and priced very well. I ordered the seared tuna with pear and mango and it was great, however we also did the fresh lobster pasta and it was good but not my absolute favorite I’ve had. They did bring out live lobsters for us to pick which one we wanted which was a nice touch, but the sauce was heavy in our personal opinion. Reason I give it a 4 star after being seated and ordering we had no service. Waited for at least 20 mins before going inside to order and get a glass of wine and bread and after food was delivered we didn’t see anyone again, so we had to go back inside to ask for another. We are not cheap guests but received no attention after that. Also had to walk inside to get and pay bill as well. Again, I would recommend going to this restaurant the food was good but service did not make us feel like anyone acknowledged. Hope this helps! Great town."

"Serri Bistrot delivered one of the best meals we’ve had in Puglia. The atmosphere is warm and stylish, with a laid-back elegance that makes you feel instantly comfortable. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The shrimp and pistachio pasta was rich and creative, while the lobster linguine was fresh and beautifully balanced with sweet tomatoes and herbs. The final dish—a beautiful fish filet served over a bright green pea purée—was a perfect mix of textures and flavors. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. You can tell the team really cares about the food and the overall experience. If you’re in the area, this place is more than worth a visit. A fantastic restaurant all around."

"One of our top meals during our time in Italy. We were staying in Monopoli and found this place on google - having been a little despondent about some of the food we had on our trip so far we decided to give this place a go and we’re not disappointed! The vibe and ambiance they have at the restaurant is great, it feels intimate without being quiet or pretentious. The staff were attentive and friendly and the food was incred. We had the sardines and sea bass roll to start, special of the day (prawn pasta) and the aubergine dish for mains and all were so perfectly balance with flavour, texture and portion size. We chose a local puglian white wine from the extensive list they have to offer and it balanced the whole dinner perfectly."
